TOKYO, May 28 - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi said on Wednesday he had endorsed Washington's strong dollar policy in a weekend meeting with U.S. President George W. Bush, saying it was good for Japan. Recounting a conversation with Bush in a meeting in Texas, he said Bush had told him that the U.S. was pursuing a strong dollar policy. "I replied that a strong dollar policy was also good for Japan," Koizumi told parliament.//
